Using this website
You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access it by automated means that overload it, or copy its design, text or images for commercial use without permission.
Custom creative services
Custom work starts only after we agree a written proposal or statement of work. That document sets the scope, deliverables, timing, fees, number of revision rounds, ownership or licence of the result, and how either side can end the engagement. If these terms and a signed proposal conflict, the proposal applies to that project.
Fees, deposits and payment dates are the ones stated in the proposal. We do not publish standard prices on this site.
Digital products
Each product page will state what you are buying, the file format or access method, the licence that applies and how delivery works. Product pages are not open yet; nothing on this site is currently offered for sale.
Unless the product licence says otherwise, a purchase gives you a personal or single-business licence to use the files. It does not transfer copyright and does not allow resale or redistribution of the files themselves.
No guaranteed outcomes
How useful a guide, template or pack turns out to be depends on how it is used. We describe our products and services accurately, but we do not guarantee any business, marketing or financial result.
Cancellations and refunds

Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, images, layout and the Oceaner name and mark, belongs to us or our licensors. Ownership of custom work passes as set out in the relevant proposal once it has been paid for.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from a project or purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or lost opportunity.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version shown on the date of your order or proposal applies to it. These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, as stated in the identity block below, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
